In 1994 discussions and plans began for the 1995 Reunion. After two years at the "Spotts", a location that could draw additional family members from Mom's side of the family to the Reunion was sought. Areas were scouted and it was decided that Hershey, PA, "The Sweetest Place On Earth", would host the next reunion. Brother Pat, Aunt Rosemary, Uncle John and Terry & MaryEllen Friesen were all in attendance. Accomodations were made at the Friendship Inn Motel which was a pleasant little roadside motel near all of the attractions. A visit to Hesrhey Chocolate Worldwas one sweet time. Hershey Park had great rides and the roller coasters were on par with Williamsburg. American History seems to have a hold on us at the reunions and what better place then a visit to the Gettysburg Battlefield to see and hear about the Civil War. We also toured the Milton Hershey School.And let's not forget our picnic.
