Reunion History

1991 was the first year for the Maloney Family Reunion.  Mom and Dad had moved to Florida, the brothers and sisters were all married and living in various locals around the country.  It was only on very special occasions, weddings and anniversaries, that everyone was able to get together.  As the family continued to grow with grandchildren and great-grandchildren the idea of a Family Reunion formed and became a reality. It was decided that a Reunion would be held in July the week of Dad's Birthday every two years.  Everyone agreed and saw the merits that a Family Reunion would have in keeping a close knit Family even closer. Thus began the Reunion journey beginning in Williamsburg, Va.
